#bycotdawlance *Update on My Complaint Against Dawlance Pakistan* I’m writing to update my previous post regarding the low water levels in my Dawlance 17kg washing machine. Some comments suggested that a 50% water level is acceptable due to the clothes in the machine. However, I have the same model in three different machines, and all others fill to 80-90% of the drum size, highlighting that the issue is specific to this Dawlance machine. Additionally , the machine had been making vibrations when the low water level was selected, which further indicates that the sensor used might not be the correct one for a 17kg model—possibly a 14kg sensor was used instead....

Aoa All, Yesterday I placed an order on Daraz.pk from Dawlance flagship store at around 7pm. It was for an automatic Washing machine of worth 63,000PKR. Didn't bother reading reviews considering the fact that Dawlance Pakistan is a well known brand so everything should be set. [My bad]. I was going through my newsfeed early in the morning at 5am and came across a very bad review in this group posted by someone about the Product and service provided by Dawlance. Went through all the comments and couldn't find a possitive review. Opened up Daraz app and started reading reviews. About 60% of the customers had bad experience and the most similar review was, that they are selling used and repaired products.
