About to buy 3×1.5 ton + 1×2 ton units. Narrowed down to TCL 18 T5, Haier Thunder and Dawlance Mega T3 Pro. TCL customer service has me worried — dealers say T3 vs T5 only differs in indoor build quality (plastic vs metallic glass). Any real experience with these?
