TCL’s frustrating after-sales service. About a month ago, I purchased a TCL inverter split AC, trusting the brand and its reputation. Unfortunately, the unit has been facing issues since day one. Despite being fully covered under a 12-month warranty, I have received little to no proper support. For the past 40–45 days, I’ve been repeatedly contacting their customer service. Every time, I’m told “technician aa raha hai” or “we will resolve it soon,” but nothing actually happens. My calls are often ignored, messages go unanswered, and no serious effort has been made to fix the issue. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to provide reliable products and customer support....

Looking for the best energy efficient AC in Pakistan. I want to run it 24 hours a day. Room size is average for a 10 marla house. I live in upper portion. Have no solar.
Bhai yeh saray mashwaray dwnay walay 26-28 pe ac chalatay hain sirf saving k liye cooling kahan hoti hai usmay upper portion pe 22 or 24 is ideal temperature , for you budget doesnt seem to be an issue so get daikin or haier thunder sakun rahay ga, customer support everything is good yeh overhyped new ac like kenwood tcl midea leaks, no customer support and midea has worst cooling 22 pe chalao tou cooling nahi krta i have it . Haier thunder 20k btu wala maza aye ga and r32 gas ki cooling is way superior than these old r410 models.
Kindly suggest 1.5 ton or 2 ton DC inverter AC for the room 16 x 18. My budget is 150k to 180k I have searched for midea , gree and TCL they are out of my budget. Kindly suggest a good one with your experiences! Thanks in advance..

Garansi AC TCL kurang tau sih krna pasti beda divisi sama yg TV Tpi klau saya lht TCL ACnya kayaknya bagus deh, soalnya di masjid dekat rumah saya sudah pakai 4 tahunan smpai skrng masih aman, dan tetangga juga semenjak saya pindah smpai skrng masih dia pake itu TCL ACnya, soalnya saya lht outdoornya tertulis Logo/Tulisan TCL besar Yg penting klau AC rajin bersihkan/Cuci
